1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the takkabuz platform at takkabuz.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the takkabuz platform and close your account. Continued use of takkabuz following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

takkabuz reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to meeting the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use takkabuz:

• You are a natural person of at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on takkabuz or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of a takkabuz employee or contractor.
• You are not using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform on your behalf.

takkabuz reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Players who fail to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will have their account suspended until verification is completed. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until age verification is confirmed.

Where takkabuz has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities or child protection organisations. takkabuz takes underage gambling extremely seriously and applies robust verification procedures to prevent it.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of takkabuz services, including real-money casino games, sports betting, and live dealer tables, you must register a personal account. Account registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.

During registration, you will be required to provide:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on a government-issued identity document).
• A valid email address that you own and have exclusive access to.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number for SMS OTP verification.
• Your date of birth (day, month, year).
• Your residential address in Bangladesh.
• A username and a strong password of your choosing.

You are strictly prohibited from opening more than one account per person, per household, per device, or per shared IP address. takkabuz employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any winnings or bonus balances may be voided at takkabuz's sole discretion.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, takkabuz is required to verify your identity. You will be asked to submit copies of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your registered mobile financial service account (e.g., the bKash or Nagad account registered to your name).
• A selfie holding your identity document may be requested at takkabuz's discretion.

Documents must be legible, unaltered, and valid. Submissions that are blurred, cropped, edited, or expired will be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit. takkabuz processes KYC documents within 2 business days. During this period, deposits and gameplay remain available but withdrawals are held pending verification.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on takkabuz are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). takkabuz does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your takkabuz wallet within 60 seconds of a successful MFS transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect, depending on the issuing bank's processing time.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. takkabuz does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — the account name registered on your MFS wallet or bank account must match the name on your verified takkabuz account. Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 BST on business days are typically processed within 4 hours. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST will be processed the following business day.

Withdrawal Processing Times:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: within 4 hours during business hours.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank / City Bank / BRAC Bank: 1–2 business days.
• Islami Bank / Sonali Bank: 1–3 business days.

takkabuz does not charge any processing fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your MFS provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, over which takkabuz has no control. Players are advised to check applicable fees with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

takkabuz offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and special offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before withdrawal).
• Only specific game types may contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino, crash games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period, which is typically 7 or 14 days from the date of credit.
• takkabuz reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and must not be used as a systematic mechanism for generating guaranteed profits. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse or matched betting using takkabuz promotions will have their bonus privileges revoked and their account reviewed.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The takkabuz platform operates casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets. Participation in any of these products is subject to the following general rules, as well as any product-specific rules published within the platform interface.

Casino Games: All casino games on takkabuz — including video slots, table games, crash games, and instant-win titles — are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee any specific return on any individual session.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are governed by the takkabuz sportsbook rules, which are available within the sportsbook section of the platform. Key principles include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after placement, except where a market is declared void under the sportsbook void rules.
• In-play bets are accepted at takkabuz's discretion and may be suspended during stoppages in play, at key moments, or when odds are being recalculated.
• takkabuz reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where odds were published in error, where match integrity concerns have been raised, or where a result has been influenced by factors outside the normal course of sporting competition.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Limits may be adjusted at takkabuz's discretion, including for accounts identified as professional or sharp bettors.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the specific table as presented by the live dealer host and the studio software. In the event of a technical disconnection mid-game, takkabuz will use the game server log as the authoritative record of all bets placed and outcomes generated. Any incomplete rounds that cannot be completed due to a sustained technical failure will be voided and all stakes returned to the player's wallet.

7 Prohibited Conduct

takkabuz maintains a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or AI tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in match fixing, sports manipulation, or any form of collusion with other players to achieve a predetermined outcome.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means, including stolen payment credentials or fraudulent MFS accounts.
• Using the takkabuz platform for money laundering or to transfer, conceal, or disguise the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing takkabuz staff or other users via the live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to operate your takkabuz account on your behalf.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion period, or account closure applied to your account or the account of another player.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure: You may close your takkabuz account at any time by contacting the support team at support at takkabuz.net or via the live chat function. Before your account is closed, any verified balance in your BDT wallet will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements on any active bonuses have been met. Closure requests are processed within 2 business days.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to stop gambling for a period of time, takkabuz offers self-exclusion periods of 30, 60, or 90 days, or a permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be frozen, you will not receive promotional communications, and re-entry to the platform will be blocked. To request self-exclusion, navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming, or contact support directly. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of being confirmed. Suspension by takkabuz: takkabuz reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• Extended inactivity (an account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. takkabuz will attempt to notify the account holder at the registered email address before applying a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any identity re-verification steps that may be required.

Disputes & Complaints: If you have a complaint regarding a takkabuz decision, game outcome, payment processing issue, or account action, you should first contact the takkabuz support team at support at takkabuz.net. All complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 5 business days wherever possible. takkabuz will communicate all decisions in writing via email. Decisions made by takkabuz in accordance with these Terms are final and binding.
